Effective February 2025, we will be sunsetting Call Insight to focus development on our Engagement Screen Pops. You may continue to use Call Insight until the end of February 2025, but there will be no future development, and we will stop providing support for this feature at the end of 2024.

Already an Engagement user? Your Call Insight service will be transitioned to our Screen Pops feature.

How to Add a Number to Your Spam List

  1. Access your Recent Calls list

  2. Click into the number you would like to mark as Spam

  3. Select the Mark As Spam button


How to Manage your Spam List

  1. Access your Settings by clicking your name in the bottom left hand corner

  2. Click the Spam List option

  3. Select the toggle button to add or remove existing numbers from the spam list
