By adding your marketing campaigns into Call Insight, you can track which campaigns are successful and which ones are not.

How to Manage Campaigns in Call Insight
Step by Step Instructions:
Access your Settings by clicking on your name in the bottom left hand corner
Select the Manage Campaigns option
To add new campaigns, select the Add Campaign button and enter in the name
Click Save
To Enable or Disable campaigns, click the toggle button on or off
