How to add marketing campaigns that can be tracked in Call Insight.

Effective February 2025, we will be sunsetting Call Insight to focus development on our Engagement Screen Pops. You may continue to use Call Insight until the end of February 2025, but there will be no future development, and we will stop providing support for this feature at the end of 2024.

By adding your marketing campaigns into Call Insight, you can track which campaigns are successful and which ones are not.

How to Manage Campaigns in Call Insight

  1. Access your Settings by clicking on your name in the bottom left hand corner

  2. Select the Manage Campaigns option

  3. To add new campaigns, select the Add Campaign button and enter in the name

  4. Click Save

  5. To Enable or Disable campaigns, click the toggle button on or off
