Why Doesn't My Performance Board Production Match My Provider Pulse Production?

If you use Fuse as your Practice Management Software, you might notice in your Dental Intelligence portal that the Provider Pulse shows a higher production number for the current day than the Performance Board, this is why:

Fuse is a cloud based Practice Management Software so, Dental Intelligence pulls data from Fuse in real time. As Dental Intelligence generates the charts and graphs in the Performance Board, it requires the data to go through specific processing which takes a bit more time. The Provider Pulse displays data without any processing time, meaning it will update faster than the Performance Board. Because of this, production for the current day is often different between the Performance Board and Provider Pulse.
