  • Yesterday section

    • If any patients left their appointment without scheduling their next appointment, you'll see it called out here.

    • Click on the Unscheduled Family Members, Unscheduled Treatment, or Unschedule Hygiene tiles to pull up lists of the patients to be contacted.

    • Review the Unscheduled Patients Rescheduled metric to see how your team's scheduling efforts are improving and find additional opportunities.

  • Last Week section

    • If any patients left their appointment without scheduling their next appointment, you'll see it called out here.

    • Review the Unscheduled Patients Rescheduled metric to see how your team's scheduling efforts are improving and find additional opportunities.

  • Tomorrow section

    • Click on any provider name shown on the Schedule by Provider to find open time slots on the schedule that can be filled. Click on open time blocks (shown in green) to pull up the Suggested Patients List.
