By turning on Automatic Follow Ups for Unscheduled Treatment, you'll be able to automatically get a list of patients with unscheduled treatment. No searching, no pulling reports; all the patients that you need to call will show up in one, simple list.

Using Follow Up Tasks, you'll be able to track the calls that you make and get reminders of the patients you need to call in the future.

Follow Up Tasks only consider the patient as seen at the office based on the "Visit" logic. Click here to learn more about the differences between seen and visit metrics. This logic ONLY affects Unscheduled Treatment Follow Up Tasks, since they are the only type that is based on when the patient had an appointment.
