How to Send Bulk Scheduling Messages in Analytics

  1. Make your way to the Patient Finder tab in the left side menu of Analytics

  2. Once on the page, scroll down to the Top Staff Picks section and choose one of our pre-built lists, select a custom list you previously saved, or select Start From Scratch

  3. Once the patient finder instantly curates your list of patients, select the patients you'd like to schedule. You can do this by checking the box next to each patients name, or you can select the entire list

  4. Once you've selected your patients, click the Actions tab in the top right hand corner and hit Send Message

  5. From here, choose your Reason For Visit, this is pulled directly from your LocalMed Appointment Types that have been established

  6. Then select the date you'd like these patients to schedule an appointment on or after. This can be a Custom Date or the Patient Hygiene Due Date

  7. This will then populate a text preview of the message your patients will receive. You can customize this by selecting the Pencil icon. From here you can click into the Text Box to type new content, select the Brackets { } to add Variables (these will auto-fill patient and practice information for each individual patient), and you can Revert to the original message by selecting the Undo icon. Click Done to finalize your edits

  8. Once you've added in your customizations, push Send and let our powerful Online Scheduling do the rest

And just like that, you can start proactively scheduling the best possible patients with just a few clicks!
