LiveOps® in Engagement provides a virtual operatory view showing who you are expecting, who has arrived, who's already been seated, and which patient is ready to check out. Now you can track each patient's experience in your dental practice with a live view showing you what is happening. Easily see which operatories are currently open to maximize the efficiency in your practice.

Along with showing you where each patient is each step of the way, LiveOps® also displays an overview of your day's schedule in a single dashboard. Watch the short video below to learn how to effectively use your LiveOps feature to track where your patients are and identify open operatories to maximize the efficiency in your practice.

Navigating LiveOps®

Calendar

Click on the Calendar button or arrows to select the day that you would like to view. The default view is set to the current date.

View Settings

Click on the Settings button in the upper right corner of the LiveOps® dashboard to modify the operatories order and checkout alerts.

To adjust the order of the operatories, drag and drop the selected columns in the order that you would like them to appear.

To add special checkout alerts, click the blue + Add Alert option to enter a new alert. Alerts are completely customizable and can be modified directly from this menu. To modify existing alerts, simply begin typing your entry in the alert field.

Note: To modify alerts, you must have Settings admin permissions. You cannot modify or remove the Problematic patient alert.

Please ensure that you click the blue Save button when you are done to save your changes.

Day Schedule

The right side of the LiveOps® dashboard is the schedule that shows appointments for patients with appointments scheduled on the selected day. Adjust the schedule view by clicking and dragging to expand or decrease its width.

Patient Stages

Expected Patients: Patients expected to arrive for their appointment within the hour (or the whole day if that option has been selected).

Helpful Hint: Use the search bar in this stage to locate additional patients that aren't shown as Expected.

Arrived Patients: Patients that have been manually or automatically checked-in and are waiting to be seated.

Seated Patients: Patients that have been seated in an operatory for their appointment.

Check Out Area: Patients that have completed their appointment and have been manually marked as ready to checkout for payment.

Manage LiveOps® in Modento Go

Using the Modento Go App with LiveOps®, you have the ability to push notifications to your phone and/or Apple Watch.

LiveOps® will automatically update as patients go through the appointment journey in your Practice Management Software. You can also manually move patients throughout the columns as needed by simply dragging their patient bubble to the designated area.

When you hover over or select a patient bubble, the icon will highlight with the coordinating color of the Primary Provider's icon they are scheduled to see.

When a patient is in the Seated stage, you can notify the Doctor or Anesthesiologist that they are needed, as well as prepare patients for check out. Remember, patients must be manually moved to the Check Out Area.
