We have some exciting updates to announce!

New improved patient online scheduling workflow. Offices using this new workflow are seeing a 6% increase in online appointments being scheduled.

Perfect Day a.k.a. Block Scheduling is now available for Engagement Online Scheduling, meaning you can control when and where certain appointments get scheduled. In addition, we have also included a new Perfect Time Slot feature, that will suggest a scheduling time slot based on a patients past appointment history data. Making it easier and quicker for patients to get scheduled.

We have made improvements to the DSO/Enterprise reports. We made improvements on the backend to ensure that the data is more reliable. More great things coming soon for this feature.
