New Resource Center

We are excited to announce a brand new learning resource for all of our Analytics and Engagement users. This new resource center is your one stop shop for all of our resources, including step by step product walkthroughs, helpful knowledge articles and how to videos, and webinars. Our new Patient Chat feature allows you to see and respond to any replies you get from a bulk messaging campaign sent from your Analytics module. Click here to learn more.


You can now track the success of your online scheduling efforts! With Engagement's Online Scheduling Dashboard, you will be able to see scheduled appointments for both new and returning patients, which insurance is most commonly used with new patients, and see other data points regarding appointments.

Patient perfect scheduling uses the patients past appointment history to suggest a time that is likely best for them. If the suggested time slot isn't the best they can click to 'Show other options' to view other openings.

The Patient Card has gotten a major makeover! It is not only easier to read, but has all the functionality to view communication, send forms, and so much more. Watch our video below to learn all about it. Click here to learn more.

We have added a new Financing Tab to your Comm Logs for all customers using our Wisetack integration. Here you will be able to see all pre-qualification and loan application status. Click here to learn more.
