We have recently updated your DSO reports to improve the navigation and usability of these reports.

We have given your DSO reports an update to improve the navigation and usability of these reports. Here is a breakdown of the changes we have made with the February 2023 product update.

The graphic below shows the list of the previous report organization and the NEW improved report organization:

Reports

Operations

The Operations report used to be named the Combo report. This report is meant to be a high level area for most roles to start reviewing your organization’s performance.

  • Summary - Used to be Operations tab in Combo report.

  • Top 20/Bottom 20 - Used to be the standalone Operations report

  • Provider - Used to be standalone Provider report

  • Appointments - Used to be the Broken Appointments tab of Combo Report

  • Goals - Used to be standalone Goals report

Patients

The Patients reports used to be the Practice and Patients report and includes anything patient related. This is best used for reviewing marketing and retention performance.

  • Summary - Used to be Practice KPIs tab of Practice and Patients report

  • New Patients Overview - Used to be standalone New Patients report

  • Market Details - New! Was custom report for a particular client and now added for all to benefit from

  • Patient Details - New! Was custom report for a particular client and now added for all to benefit from

  • Patients Recaptured - Was a tab from Practice and Patients report

  • Patient Attrition - Was a tab from Practice and Patients report

  • Referral Analysis - New! report that shows new patient statistics by referral source

Procedure Analysis

Procedure Analysis used to be the Procedure Count report. This report is useful to see performance of the procedures done in the office.

  • Treatment Completed - Existing tab from Procedure Count report

  • Treatment Presented - Existing tab from Procedure Count report

  • Treatment Presented/Accepted - Existing tab from Procedure Count report. Now focuses on accepted procedures instead of completed procedures

  • Procedure Mix - New! Was custom report for a particular client and now added for all to benefit from

  • Procedure Compliance - Used to be standalone Compliance report

Revenue Cycle Management

Revenue Cycle Management is an existing report with new tabs. This report is useful for understanding performance and efforts around patient and insurance collections.

  • Summary - Used to be Practice KPI tab of Revenue Cycle Management report

  • Adjustments and Writeoffs - Existing tab

  • Claims - Used to be Collections tab of Revenue Cycle Management report and now includes patient name and insurance company fields

  • A/R Guarantor List - Existing tab

  • Claims Aging - New! Was custom report for a particular client and now added for all to benefit from

  • Patient Payment Sources - Used to be a standalone Patient Payment report

  • Payor - Used to be standalone Payor report
