NEW! Create Email Campaigns
Send up to a 1000 emails per campaign per practice with our updated Email Campaigns feature! Navigate to the Email Campaigns tab in your Engagement left side menu and click the blue Create Campaign button to begin. *Note: only users with Admin permissions have access to this feature.
Customize the target patients based on office location and filters from your Patient Library. Choose to send your campaign to multiple locations. Then, build your email using placeholders and templates, or choose to attach files. You can also schedule your campaign to be sent out on a future date and time.

LocalMed
Google Universal Analytics is sunsetting July 1, 2023
As you are most likely aware, Google is sunsetting Universal Analytics on July 1, 2023. If you are currently using Universal Analytics (UA) properties within your LocalMed widget(s), your widget(s) will need to be updated with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) properties to ensure your tracking properties continue to process data.
If you are currently using Universal Analytics (UA) properties within your LocalMed widget(s), action is required by June 16, 2023. Please read this article and complete the linked form to prevent any disruptions in your Google Analytics tracking.

NEW! Top Bar Navigation Redesign
We've made Dashboard Settings easier to access. Your Settings, Follow Ups Notification Bell, and Profile access are now located in the top right corner of the dashboard. Functionality remains the same.
For seamless transitions between multiple practice locations, simply click here to effortlessly switch between practices.

NEW! Insurance Module Sidebar Navigation
The DI Insurance sidebar now contains features within collapsible dropdown menus. To access Eligibility and Claims information, click the Insurance dropdown to expand the menu. To access account and practice information, click the My Practice dropdown.
