NEW! Top Bar Navigation Redesign
We've made Dashboard Settings easier to access. Your settings are now located in the top right corner of the dashboard. All of the settings tabs are still available and operate as usual.

Improved Widget Functionality & Statistics
Within the settings of your Online Scheduling widgets, you now have the ability to view the widget conversion rate, as well as preview the widget on your site so that you can see how the widget will look to your patients.
To access these improved features:
Navigate to the left side bar and click Online Scheduling
Choose Settings from the dropdown menu
Click the Widgets tab
If you have multiple widgets, each widget will display its own conversion rate.
To preview each widget on your site, click on the three dot menu on the far right and then click Widget preview. A new window will open that displays the widget design and location on your site.

DSO Reports: Updated Reporting Features & Metrics
DSO Reports has experienced significant growth in the past few months. To keep up with the needs of your practices and to provide better insight into your data, we've made some additional changes to our reporting features and metrics to ensure you can access the information you need efficiently. These changes include:
Renamed metrics
We've renamed metrics that did not reflect the numbers that were actually being shown to provide better clarity.
Operations Report: Top 20/Bottom 20 merged with Summary tab
The Summary and Top 20/Bottom 20 tabs of the Operations report have been merged in order to prevent confusion about duplicate versions of the same metrics.
Operations Report: Net Production now available by Entry or Procedure Date
Within the Summary and Provider tabs of the Operations report, you now have the ability to switch between net production by entry or procedure date in order to reduce the number of columns and improve visability.
New Patient Summary Production & Treatment Acceptance Rates
We've added an option to the New Patient Summary tab of the Patients report to allow users to indicate how their dental organizations identify production and treatment acceptance for new patients.

Eligibility Verification 'Action' Column & 3-Dot Menu
We've added an 'Action' column and 3-dot menu to the Eligibility tab of the Insurance module. Now, you can easily view the information you need with a single click.
