Call Insight: Jive by LogMeIn Set Up

This article will discuss how to set up the Call Insight integration with Jive by LogMeIn

  1. Make sure you have your Jive login instructions & your Call Insight number provided to you by Dental Intelligence.

  2. Log into your Jive admin portal: https://my.jive.com/pbx/ OR Call 877-548-3003 to have the Jive support team assist in the set up process.

  3. Identify what extension your practice’s main number is routing to

  4. Configure the Call Insight number to ring either through the practice’s primary Ring Group the Main Dial Plan. (When the number is called will determine when the popup is initiated. If you want a popup to occur with all calls and not just with open hours calls to the office, you may need to configure in multiple places).

If Ring Group:

If Dial Plan:

  • Add an “External Number” node before the node that will ring the phones

  • Enter the Call Insight Number

  • Set Timeout to 1 second

  • Make sure “Confirm Call Pickup” is UNCHECKED

  • Make sure “Pass Through Caller ID” is CHECKED

  • Click “SAVE

Congratulations! You are now set up for Call Insight! Make sure you have the Call Insight Application downloaded on the proper workstations that you would like this feature to function on. You can find the download for this here.
