LiveOps in the Modento Go Application:
Using the Modento Go App with LiveOps you have the ability to push notifications to your Phone & Apple Watch.

LiveOps will automatically update as patients go through the appointment journey in your Practice Management Software, you can also manually move patients throughout the columns as needed by simply dragging their Initials/Profile Picture icon to the designated area. When you hover over or select a patients Initials/Profile Picture, the icon will highlight with the coordinating color of the Primary Provider's icon they are scheduled to see.

When a patient is in the Seated Area you can notify the Doctor or Anesthesiologist that they are needed, as well as prepare patients for check out. Patients must be manually moved to the Check Out Area. Refer to the following sections to learn how to utilize Engagement [Modento] LiveOps.
How to Indicate Help is Needed
Step by Step Instructions:
Once the patient has been manually or automatically moved into the Seated section in the correct operatory, you will be able to notify a provider or other team member that help is needed.
If you receive the error “Provider is missing in Operatory," please add Provider to Operatory in your Practice Management Software and make sure that Bridge is online and
synced.
Select the 3 Dot Menu by hovering over the patients initials/profile picture
Click the Doctor Needed, Anesthetics Needed, or Help Needed option
Select which team member is needed
Please note:
Only Doctors can be called to for the Doctor Needed option
Doctors and Hygienists can be called for the Anesthetics Needed option
Any team member can be called for the Help Needed option
Fill in the Time they are needed by, or select the ASAP check box
Add a Note if applicable
Click Send
LiveOps Timer
When the Doctor Needed or Anesthetics Needed option is selected in LiveOps, a timer will appear on the appointment in the Schedule view and count until it is dismissed. This will help to track about how long the patient has waiting to be seen:

Step by Step Instructions:
💥Note💥: In LiveOps, patients must be manually moved into the Check Out Area. To do this refer to the following steps
Select the 3 Dot Menu by hovering over the patients initials/profile picture
Click the Prepare for Check Out option
This will allow you to add a note
If needed, select an Alert to provide additional information to your team members
Select the Move to Check Out Area check box
Click Send
Once in the checkout area, the patient will disappear automatically after one hour. To remove all patients from the check out area, select the File icon to clear the all patient icons.
