Customize your Analytics account by navigating to your Profile in the upper right corner of your page.
Within your profile, you can manage:

Update Personal Contact Information
Click on the profile icon in the upper righthand corner of Analytics, then click My Profile
Click on Contact Information
Make changes to your name or mobile phone number details as needed
When finished, click Save to apply your changes
Change Your Password and Enable Multi-Factor Authentication
Click on the profile icon in the upper righthand corner of Analytics, then click My Profile
Click on Security
If you would like to enable multi-factor authentication, click on the toggle to turn it on (green). With this setting enabled, you will be asked to authenticate your account via email every 90 days
If you would like to change your password, enter your current password, then create a new password that meets the following requirements: 12 characters, at least 1 lowercase letter, at least 1 capital letter, at least 1 number
Confirm your new password, then click Save to apply your changes
Note: Your new password cannot be the same as your most recent previous password.

Upload a Profile Photo
We give you an opportunity here to add an icon to your account. It is not required, but including an icon on your communications (payments landing page, email invitations, and receipts) will enhance your patients' experience. The goal is to increase a patient's trust that the communication is authentic.
Click on the profile icon in the upper righthand corner of Analytics, then click My Profile
Click on Photo
Upload an icon image (JPEG or PNG) from your computer that is square or displayed as a square image. The ideal size is 50 x 50 pixels to accommodate being visible on a mobile device
Click Save to apply your changes
Choose Your Analytics Startup Page
Choose the landing page that you would like to see first every time you login to Analytics.
Click on the profile icon in the upper righthand corner of Analytics, then click My Profile
Click on Startup
Copy and paste the desired URL that you would like to see first every time you login to Analytics (Tip: If you review the Morning Huddle each day when you login, paste the Morning Huddle URL into this field)
After entering your URL, test the link to make sure it operates correctly
When finished, click Save to apply your changes
Manage Personal Goals
Click on the profile icon in the upper righthand corner of Analytics, then click My Profile
Click on Goals
Edit goals by clicking on the goal name and entering a value. Goals that do not have an existing value will show a red dot indicating that there is not a current goal

Logout of Analytics
To logout of Analytics, click on the profile icon, then click Log Out.
