In some instances, it may be necessary to prevent a patient from requesting an appointment online. With the Engagement Online Scheduling Blocklist, you can add patients to the list by their phone and/or email.

We've updated the Patient Chat dashboard for even easier navigation.

Choose to type your own message manually or quickly select a pre-written template. Personalize your messages by including placeholders, images, and emojis.

Patient chats that have been assigned to team members will show the name of the assigned team member in the message preview window on the left bar navigation:

Now you can set up convenient recurring payments for patients who prefer to pay over time. Engagement makes setting up, tracking, and managing custom payment plans easy with just a few clicks and a user-friendly dashboard.

To create or review existing payment plans, click on the Payments dashboard from the left side navigation, then click on the Payment plans tab.

Use the progress bar to review how many payments have been made out of the total amount of payments that will be collected.

Quickly schedule patients tagged in your ASAP list directly from your LiveOps® dashboard.

In the scheduling window, use the search bar to locate a patient by name, or click the Select from ASAP list button to select a patient currently tagged on your ASAP list.

Need to delete unlinked patients from your Patients dashboard? Delete up to 5000 unlinked patients at once by clicking on the checkbox to select Bulk Actions, then click Delete unlinked patients.

Dental Intelligence is excited to announce that Scorecards are now available in Beta for single location users!

To access Scorecards, hover over the Dashboards icon in the left side navigation of Analytics and then click on Scorecards.

Now you can compare provider data within the selected time range in Scorecards. To review, open your scorecard and click on the expanding arrow next to the practice name.

Click on Providers in the dropdown menu to review provider data related to the selected metrics and time range.

Scorecards can now be shared with locations. Other users that have access to the shared location will be able to view your scorecard once it has been shared.

From your Scorecard dashboard, locate the scorecard you would like to share and then click on the Actions button to share.

You can tell which scorecards have been shared by the group icon shown in the Shared with Others column.
