Online scheduling has become increasingly popular in recent years, and for good reason. In a dental practice, online scheduling can save time and increase efficiency for both the practice and its patients. By allowing patients to schedule appointments online, your practice can reduce the number of phone calls and administrative tasks that staff members have to handle. This frees up more time for them to focus on patient care and other important tasks.
Additionally, online scheduling can improve patient satisfaction by providing them with more flexibility and convenience. Patients can schedule appointments at any time, without having to call during office hours. Also, they can receive reminders and confirmations via email or text message, which can help reduce the number of missed appointments.
