NEW! Email Template Builder
We've completely revitalized our Email Campaign Template feature into a completely customizable and easy-to-use template builder.
Our template builder makes it easy to drag and drop elements and customize emails exactly how you'd like with just a few clicks.
Important note: Only admin users can activate this new feature. Please keep in mind, once this feature is activated, your old templates will vanish unless you have saved them externally.
Once activated, all users should create email templates from the Email Campaigns Templates dashboard in the left side menu of Engagement (no longer in Engagement Settings). New pre-designed templates created by the Dental Intelligence marketing team are also available in the Templates Gallery.

NEW! Procedure Codes Scorecards
We're excited to offer a new Scorecards focus: Procedure Codes! Now you can create Scorecards to track performance of specific service types.
Create a new Procedure Codes Scorecard by choosing Procedure Codes as your primary focus:

Along with the introduction of Procedure Codes Scorecards, now you can drilldown into Procedure Codes from Provider Scorecards.
Click on the expand/collapse arrow to the left of each provider name to review drilldown data:

View visualizations in Scorecard drilldowns
In addition to viewing visualizations for high-level data, you can now view visualizations in drilldown data as well. Just click on the reports icon in your expanded selections.
