Analytics
Single Sign On Rollout
We're simplifying your Dental Intelligence credentials! If you use the same email address to login to Engagement and Analytics, you'll notice an alert during your next login attempt that changing your Engagement password will also update your Analytics password. Moving forward, you will only need one set of credentials to log in to both products.
If you utilize a different email address between Engagement and Analytics, you'll receive a pop-up notification that will give you the option to consolidate your login credentials, or continue using separate login details.

Online Scheduling Action Items 'Provider' Filter
When accessing your ASAP or Broken Appointments Lists in the Online Scheduling Action Items dashboard, you can now filter by provider. Just click on the Provider column and select the desired provider(s) from the dropdown to apply.
Multi-Location Payments Users: Copy Payment Options to Other Locations
In the Organization Setup tab in Settings, you can now copy payment options across locations in Engagement. Choose to either add these options or replace existing payment options at the selected location(s).

NEW! Clinical Hours Shortcut
Now you can set clinical hours by clicking on the clock icon next to the provider name in the Team Management section of Settings.
Morning Huddle Updates
Morning Huddle Settings
Morning Huddle Settings have moved! Now you can quickly access settings to change the date, clear your data cache, enable/disable the Huddle Celebration, and choose how the schedule shows (by provider or operatory).
Just click on the settings gear in the right corner of your Morning Huddle dashboard to make adjustments.
NEW! Fluoride Tx % Metric Added to Morning Huddle
We've added a new metric to the Yesterday section of the Morning Huddle! Click on Edit Metrics to add Fluoride Tx % to your Huddle dashboard.
The Fluoride Treatment Percentage metric represents the percentage of patients who received a fluoride treatment (D1206 or D1208) during their hygiene visit, which includes procedures such as periodontal scaling (D4341, D4342), periodontal maintenance (D4910), or regular and child prophylaxis (D1110, D1120). The calculation is based on whether fluoride treatment codes (D1206 or D1208) were recorded in the patient’s ledger during these hygiene visits.
Multi-Location Users: Edit Metrics on the Morning Huddle by Location
If you're a multi-location user, you can now choose to view metrics in the Morning Huddle by location. Click on Edit Metrics to make changes to metric selections or reorder the view, then click Finish Editing. In the pop-up window that appears, choose the location(s) you would like to view, then click save.
Scorecards Updates
NEW! Patient Lifetime Value Metric in Referral Source Scorecards
Understanding patient lifetime value for your referral sources can help you make decisions of where you invest your dollars in patient acquisition. Patient Lifetime Value is a metric that can help you and your dental organization see the average value that you are providing to your patients from each referral source. Quickly see the patient value in terms of either production with those patients or collections from those patients.
Important note: New metrics can take up to a week to populate past time periods for each practice. If you do not see data after a week has past since the release, please contact our Support team.
Referral Source Scorecards Drilldowns
Referral Source Scorecards now include trend, provider, and location drilldowns. Just click on a referral source to expand it and view these additional details.
Simplify Scorecards with Whole Numbers in Scorecard Settings
Simplify your Scorecards view with rounded on-screen values. Click on the settings gear in the upper right corner of your Scorecards dashboard to enable or disable this feature.
Note: Enabling the nearest whole number setting in Scorecards will only round numbers shown on-screen in Analytics. Exported Scorecards will still show decimals regardless of this setting.
Filter by Location in Procedure Codes Scorecards
Too many locations in your DSO making your Procedure Scorecard a bit cumbersome to use? Procedure Scorecards is scaling to new heights for DSOs. With a new location filter as a part of Procedure Scorecards, you can now select a specific subset of locations to measure for procedure performance.
